Where do you ship from?

We ship internationally from Indonesia.

Do you ship to my country? 

In short, YES WE DO. We ship to over 200 destinations worldwide.

How long does it take?

They arrive within 7-21 days depending on your location (major ports arrive quicker). We offer full tracking for all global shipping.

What are the Shipping rates?

Shipping rates are calculated based on your order and your country of delivery. We optimize the shipping method and rates for you and will ask for your agreement before we go ahead and ship. Shipping costs are not included in the pricing.

How does it work?

As soon as your order has been sent you will receive a tracking number. We will send you the tracking number by email so you can keep an eye on the estimated time of arrival of your order. International packages take between 7-21 days to arrive, depending on your location. We will always do our best to get your order delivered to you as quickly as possible.
